Welcome back to Guy Free Working on Me, I’m your host Shauna Hoffman.
I hope you have been good to yourself this last week! Which is what brings me to this week’s podcast! I decided after months of not spoiling I would just book myself a facial! And as I was lying there getting totally pampered I realized what this week’s podcast had to be…Receiving! And one big piece of receiving… accepting that we deserve it!
Let’s look at the relationships we choose. What we receive is all are wrapped around what we feel we deserve…what we feel we are worthy of. If we feel we are worthy of a healthy loving relationship then we should be able to receive love in a healthy loving relationship. But if we are taught that we do not deserve to be loved, or that we must earn love in some way to be worthy of it then the kind of relationships we choose will be based on that. We repeat the same kind of love relationships that we were taught we deserved.
